I find it very difficult these days when a person's response to an agreement is that

I did not understand or did not read the agreement.......  We regularly experience this response

when people actually perform their obligations under a contract they signed and when things go wrong

or the situation is not to their benefit any longer OR it can be as simple as they change their mind or

realize they made a mistake, they go as far as indicating it is not their signature on the agreement.

That is also why we invite you to request our assistance in perusing an agreement and making sure

you understand all the terms and conditions as when it is signed by both parties your are bound to a legal

agreement.  

Rather take the time to ensure the agreement is what your intention is, stand back and have a look at the consequences

and spend some time and money by requesting legal and even financial advice before signing.  This can in the long

run save you a lot of money and stress.

where all people will quickly mention things as the FICA and POPIA act, with the internet and social media we have

more access to information.

Read those fine prints before signing agreements or at least inquire and ask questions to enable you to honor agreements
