André is a director in the commercial and estate division of Neumann van Rooyen and is intimately involved in the firm’s management.
André believes that unlocking the inherent value of property and understanding the real rights afforded by property ownership are central to the identification of problems and offering of solutions to clients, and irrespective of the size of the transaction.
He firmly believes that estate planning should follow a clear inheritance and legacy strategy, which is much broader than merely drafting a will, assessing taxation implications and calculation of cash flow needs.
For André, quality of service, a strong work ethic and his reputation, are what matters most. Working closely with colleagues in various departments, André is able to uphold high standards of service and provide exceptional solutions to his clients, making him a much sought-after specialist. He has also been a Councillor for Matjhabeng City Council since 2000 and serves on various School, and Community Boards.
